Thank you for you interest in becoming a member of Warrington Borough Council's Citizens' Panel.  

As a member of the Citizens' Panel you will be required to take part in regular surveys and if you wish discussion groups.  This is your chance to give your views and opinions on key services provided by the Council and its partners (e.g. Chesire fire & rescue, Warrington Primary Care Trust & Golden Gates Housing).  Your opinions will help the Council and our partners plan for the future and deliver its services more effectively.

Please note that some of the questions are mandatory, this is so we can compile a profile of the panel to ensure it is as representative of Warrington Borough as possible.  All answers will be treated in the strictest confidence.
